Dolphin Assisted Therapy PDF Print E-mail

The Ruth M. Smith Dolphin-Assisted Therapy intensive programs are 4-day intensive programs featuring select teams of therapists working together to address the specific health concerns of each individual in the lovely setting of Freeport, Grand Bahama Island.

Participants spend time each day in multiple-therapist sessions in the water where dolphins are present and free to interact with the group. The remainder of the day is spent in multi-therapist sessions on land or in the water. The cost per person is $4,500 US plus all expenses, such as air travel, hotel, transportation and meals. The 2008 schedule of programs which will be held in Freeport, Bahamas includes:

  • June 12-15, 2008
  • July 17-20, 2008
  • July 24-27, 2008
  • August 14-17, 2008
  • August 21-24, 2008
